I like condos near a Skytrain station.  It’s great for those work along the Skytrain route and especially downtown.   Downtown parking is getting expensive.  Cornerstone is a new development of condos located about 1 minute walk from Gateway Skytrain station according to Google Maps.  In reality, it would probably take at least 5 minutes from the moment you leave the condo to when you get to the Skytrain platform but that’s still pretty fast though.  Then it’s about a 40 minute ride to get to downtown Vancouver.

Each condo comes with Stainless Steel Whirlpool fridge, range, dishwasher & hood fan.   The presentation centre is located at

Cassia is a development of townhouses at the base of Simon Fraser University located at Hastings Street and Cliff Avenue.  Right now, the developer is advertising these homes starting at the low $200,000′s.  Included with the townhouse are stainless steel appliances, garburator, Chrome Grohe kitchen faucet, Chrome Hansgrohe bath, shower & sink faucets.

Great for anyone working at SFU.  Heading into downtown is convenient too since all you need to do is hop on the 135 for a quick 40 minute ride.

Located at Granville and Seymour in Vancouver, this condo will be built at the site of the former Cecil strip club. The building is named after Tilly Rolston, who was a BC education minster in the 1950s. The exterior of the building definitely is unique. The developer says on the roof of the building will have gardens, dining areas and a yoga studio. Of course, the 360 degree view at the top isn’t bad either.
